Key responsibilities:

  • Represents MSAT in diverse customer projects teams as the primary point of contact
  • Collaborates with Technical Project Manager to devise project plans for process-related activities and oversee their execution
  • Proactively manages process-related activities in terms of scope, cost, time, and quality
  • Monitors the performance of process operations across the product lifecycle, ensuring adherence to safety, cost, delivery, innovation, and quality standards
  • Oversees the creation/update of process and validation documentation in alignment with project requirements
  • Addresses external customer requests while aligning with site strategic goals
  • Ensures readiness for regulatory/customer inspections and engages in audits as necessary
  • Leads internal and external customer meetings as needed
  • Focuses on process-related tasks and handles other assigned duties

Key requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking abilities
  • Aptitude for leading discussions with both internal and external customers
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in data interpretation, prioritization, and problem-solving
  • Experience in managing various complex tasks
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
