Huspy is a proptech startup solving two of the biggest challenges in the home buying journey: home financing and home search. As we shape the future of home buying, we are helping customers secure mortgages and find the home they want quicker, at a more affordable rate, and on a single platform.

About the Team:


The Real Estate Business Unit strives to simplify the home-buying journey in Spain through best-in-class technology and top-notch service, while also integrating it into the home-financing journey in a one-stop-shop approach.

Our end goal is to empower and serve all of the players in the homebuying ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

A Customer Success Executive is the heart of the Huspy Operation. You're obsessed about serving our customers end empowering

  • Contribute to building our local sales and supply acquisition strategy while managing a sizable customer pipeline
  • Excellent client prioritization to identify potential clients and timing of purchase
  • Responsible for guiding and supporting customers through the full sales funnel to the negotiation of the purchase and sale;
  • Using our tech to serve our customers and tailor our offering in the most efficient way;
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and performance.
  • Advisory in the negotiation and closing of proposals

Requirements:

- +1 years experience in Sales or a customer-facing role, preferred building tech businesses, especially in Early Stage.

  • Preferably experience in field sales, performing external visits, and strong customer engagement skills (you can easily create a rapport)
  • Organized profile capable of handling large volumes of leads.
  • Cando attitude, bias for action and willingness to learn.
  • Desire to build and learn in a fastpaced environment.
  • Native Spanish, and a good level of English is required.
  • Availability to work fulltime, 40 hours/week.
