Llamar a los clientes.
Examinar y resolver los problemas de envío/entrega, y colaborar con los servicios logísticos de Amazon y los transportistas asociados cuando sea necesario.
Llevar un registro diario, semanal y mensual del estado de las consultas de los clientes.Seguir los procedimientos operativos estándar y proteger los datos de los clientes.
Colaborar con las actividades de comunicación interna, por ejemplo, a través de presentaciones y contribuyendo a la mejora continua y a los programas de participación internos.
A day in the lifeTrabajarás en uno de nuestros almacenes de reparto, donde opera el sistema logístico de Amazon.
Mientras se despachan y entregan los pedidos, permanecerás en contacto continuo con nuestro almacén, el personal técnico, de reparto y los clientes cuando necesiten ayuda.
Cuando un cliente necesite reprogramar una entrega, tú informarás a nuestros socios transportistas.Cuando identifiques un problema de entrega, te pondrás manos a la obra para resolverlo de inmediato, para que nuestros clientes disfruten siempre de una gran experiência sin tener que ponerse en contacto con Amazon.
Al trabajar en la cadena logística de Amazon, adquirirás los conocimientos logísticos y de atención al cliente que distinguen a la empresa.
Estarás en contacto con nuestros clientes a diario.Aprovecharás todo lo que sabes sobre nuestra cadena de suministro y tu conocimiento sobre las conexiones de entrega y los almacenes locales.
About the teamAmazon Logistics, o AMZL, se encarga de la última fase del proceso de entrega, en colaboración con empresas externas de distribución.
Recurrimos al pensamiento creativo y la puesta en marcha de iniciativas de mejora continua para hacer llegar millones de productos a manos de nuestros clientes.
Nuestro objetivo consiste en dar a los clientes una experiência de entrega lo más fluida posible y lanzar soluciones de ámbito internacional para el reparto en nuestros servicios más recientes, como Amazon Fresh, Prime Now y Amazon Restaurants.
Nuestra actividad tiene dos facetas. El personal que trabaja en los centros logísticos procesa millones de productos para enviarlos a los equipos de reparto.Nuestro equipo se centra en las personas y las apoya, sobre todo porque muchas de ellas trabajan en horarios de noche.
Las operaciones son el núcleo principal de nuestra actividad, de ahí que trabajemos por turnos las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana en casi todos nuestros centros.
En paralelo, nuestro personal sobre el terreno trabaja con Amazon Flex, una red de contratistas de reparto.Cada año que pasa elevamos el listón de la experiência que ofrecemos al cliente incluyendo en nuestra cartera nuevos y, sobre todo, innovadores servicios de entrega.
Buscamos nuevas maneras de superar los retos logísticos del sector y de reducir nuestra huella de carbono, gracias a una cartera de vehículos de última generación (que incluye vehículos eléctricos) y a la tecnología que nos ayuda a lograrlo.
