Buscamos a un/a Product E-commerce Lead que lidere nuestro equipo de Gestión de Producto E-Commerce en la línea de Kids & Teens.

¿CÓMO ES UN PRODUCT E-COMMERCE LEAD EN MANGO?
Nuestra misión es entender a nuestros clientes y ofrecerles lo que están buscando.

Para ello, nos gusta trabajar en equipo con perfiles de otras disciplinas:
diseño, merchand, compradores, etc.


El objetivo del puesto será liderar al equipo hacia la consecución de objetivos marcados para la línea de Kids & Teens, analizando de la mano de los diferentes PM la información de cada mercado para, en función de KPIs y el contexto de cada mercado, tomar las decisiones estratégicas necesarias en cada caso.

En tu día a día...

  • Liderarás y acompañarás al equipo hacia la consecución de los objetivos marcados para la línea en cada mercado.
  • Realizarás el análisis global de la línea, de la mano de los diferentes PM, para tomar las decisiones necesarias sobre el producto.
  • Trabajarás de la mano de diferentes stakeholders (producto, compras, distribución, retail, etc. ) de la compañía para entender las problemáticas específicas de cada mercado y proponer soluciones específicas en cada caso.
  • Colaborarás con el equipo de Merchandising para establecer de forma conjunta las acciones y mejoras a implementar en cuanto a comercialización de producto.
  • Realizarás análisis global de ventas y control de stock de los diferentes puntos de venta ecommerce, e impulsarás las acciones comerciales a desarrollar en cada caso.
  • Contactarás con los partners online para conocer y trasladar insights de negocio.
  • Participarás en la coordinación de acciones promocionales con diferentes equipos de Mango.

¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?

  • Que tengas formación en Empresariales, ADE, Marketing.
  • Que aportes experiência de 45 años liderando equipos y realizando funciones de Product Manager.
  • Que aportes experiência en ecommerce.
  • Que domines herramientas de extracción y análisis de datos como por ejemplo Google Analytics, Qlick, etc.
  • Imprescindible alto nível de inglés.
  • Que tengas habilidades analíticas y sensibilidad por el producto.
  • Que te apasione la moda y con orientación a resultados.
  • Que tengas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para liderar equipos.
