Ability to manage and monitor live incidents.

Languages:

Availability to work on non-European Stock Exchanges holidays if neccessary Your role in the team Analyze the product specification with the customer.

Reception of incidents e-mail, management tools, etc...Deep analysis and detection capabilities of incidents received.
Management and resolution of incidents via control dashboard.
Attention to the requests of the different clients and users of the company's platforms.
Capacity to manage incident meetings with clients via telephone or in person.
Coordination capacity of level 1, level 2 technical and other areas for resolution
of incidences.
Knowledge of workflows for incident/change management.
