We are looking for a
French and English-speaking
Customer Success Manager - (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you'll experience with us

As a
Customer Success Manager in our team, you will:

  • Accelerate cloud consumption and identify additional cloud cross-sell / upsell opportunities for nominated Corporate customers
  • Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios

We'll be a great match if you:

  • Are native or proficient in French and advanced in English
  • Have 3+ years sales experience
  • Are experienced in qualifying and building pipeline at scale, managing aggressive sales cycles, and sales negotiation preferred
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or similar
  • Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning
  • Can explain complex technical solutions to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Successdriven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment
  • Have Microsoft Fundamentals (MS 900) or Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900) certification
