Collaborating closely with Amazon Fulfillment Center Operations and data teams, you will be responsible for developing analytics dashboards, deep-dive tools, and influencing product roadmaps using data, AWS services, and insights.
As a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE I), your responsibilities include:- Managing intake, coordinating, and gathering requirements from business partners to handle increased data volume and the demand for more cost-efficient and scalable pipelines and tech solutions.
- Prioritizing initiatives, Designing and implementing technical solutions with appropriate strategies and design principles.
- Driving best practices in Operational Excellence.
You should excel in translating customer and business opportunities into innovative business intelligence solutions and demonstrate a passion for working with extensive datasets to drive data-driven decisions and build models that address critical questions for our stakeholders.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out any location within European Fulfillment Centers or Corporate Office.About the team
The EU PE is a group of Process Engineers located all over Europe. We are proudly part of the Ops team.
Our aim is to eliminate processes variation across FCs, guiding, promoting and scaling at network level cutting edge best practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. ttest, Chisquared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in the data/BI space
- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, corelation analysis
- Experience in

Proven experience in successfully managing complex data projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
