Teleperformance Spain, with over 4,700 employees across 10 sites, is in search of highly skilled professionals focused on engaging and attracting potential advertisers to integrate marketing products into their strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
  • Create, maintain, and update customer database.
  • Grow existing customer base and acquire new customers.
  • Document outbound call history and customer responses.
  • Ensure continuous customer follow-up.
  • Analyze competitors' products and develop sales strategies.
  • Address customer needs and requests.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch proficiency with fluent English.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • CRM experience.
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Customer-focused with a drive for exceptional customer experience.
