Located in Logroño plant, the chosen candidate will provide support to various departments by carrying out administrative commercial tasks and handling other plant services.



Main Responsibilities and Achievements:
  • Offers administrative assistance to the Plant and Commercial team.
  • Maintains records of negotiated prices and terms.
  • Addresses internal inquiries related to vendors and prices.
  • Manages negotiations regarding price changes and contracts.
  • Supports local Business management and Financial Department to ensure accurate pricing in systems.
  • Follows up on tooling program cycle life (Tool tagging & scrapping) with frequent communication with external parties.
  • Responds to internal and customer queries on sales activities status, data updates, and corrective actions; updates customer databases.
  • Manages aftermarket sales prices with Business Management support.
  • Records entries and assists in organizing related documentation.
  • Prepares and analyzes monthly reports.
  • Collects data for analyzing sales operation activities.
  • Provides assistance to customers and visitors when required.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • High School graduate or Further Education in Business Administration Certificate (Formación Profesional Grado Superior en Area de Administración y Gestión).
  • Native Spanish language proficiency and 100% fluency in English are required; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP).
  • Proactive in improving organizational and operational efficiency.
  • Strong planning and scheduling abilities to enhance daily tasks and objectives.
