Our Operations team is growing and we are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis to work in our Headquarters in Barcelona.


Job Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Sets up Cost Control Procedure and the specific tool to follow the Budget costs and CAPEX followup.
  • Review cost of sales, partners and other suppliers costs.
  • Analysis of deviations by region and by area.
  • Monthly reporting for monitoring the OPEX budget vs actuals by region and areas.
  • Identifying revenue opportunities, efficiencies, and cost reductions across the business.
  • Preparation of the annual business budget with the input of the different teams and Rolling forecast.
  • Monthly closing, which involves the extraction and consolidation of data from different subsidiaries.
  • Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to management for improving financial performance and decisionmaking.
  • Assists in the development of financial strategies and longterm financial planning to support the company's growth and objectives.
  • Support for the information and analysis needs of the business team.
  • Understanding how the business works to propose and prepare useful reports for management.
  • Communication with the different area teams.

Experience And Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management or similar.
  • Accustomed to working with ERP and BI Tools.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions in MNCs or international fastgrowing startups.
  • Spanish fluent and English Advanced will be a plus.
  • Excel Advanced User (Functions/Formulas, Charts, Filters, PivotTables).
