Somos la empresa líder en servicios de teleasistencia a nível nacional.

En la actualidad, contamos con la confianza de más de mil entidades públicas para cuidar de más de personas, el 40 % de las personas que utilizan servicios de teleasistencia en España.

Asimismo, el 70 % de la tecnología (software para plataformas de atención y terminales) que se usa en el país para esta prestación ha sido desarrollada por nosotros.

Más de 1.400 profesionales trabajan cada día en nuestras delegaciones territoriales para ofrecer un servicio integral con altos estándares de calidad.

Nos encontramos en búsqueda activa de un/a Supervisor/a SID para nuestra delegación en Madrid.


La persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de la organización, seguimiento y control de las actuaciones del personal técnico de Unidad Móvil para garantizar la continuidad y adecuada respuesta ante situaciones de incidencias o emergencias que requieran su intervención.


OFRECEMOS

  • Jornada completa.
  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 horas (con una hora para comer).
  • Contratación indefinida.
  • Incorporación en equipo dinámico y buen ambiente laboral.

Requisitos:

Formación mínima:

  • Titulación como Técnico/a de grado superior en rama electricidad electrónica o
socio sanitaria o bachillerato.

Experiência recomendable:

Puesto similar en servicios de teleasistencia: 1 año
Experiência profesional en el ámbito de los Servicios Sociales como técnico instalador,
coordinador sociosanitario y/o técnico de unidad móvil: 2 años
Técnico/a en servicios de mantenimiento o técnico en emergencias: 3 años
