The Employee & Labor Relations Specialist role is dynamic and exciting and supports a range of activities related to both collective labor relations and individual colleague management issues, with focus on culture, performance and data.

This role reports to Spain Colleague and Labor Relations Manager and will work closely with Colleague Experience Group (CEG, previously HR) colleagues in the market, and sits within a team which prides itself on its expertise and its collaborative spirit.

As a global organization this role will provide the delivery of 'best in class' CLR consultancy service to both local market business leaders and employees as well as to Leaders globally who may have teams based in Spain.
