Head of Administration

King's College, The British School of Murcia, one of the most sought after British Schools in Spain, is seeking to appoint a Head of Administration in a permanent basis.
Primary objective:
- Being in charge of the Single Central Register
- Being HR's point of contact with the school
- Collect all the necessary documentation for the hiring of the school staff.
- Coordinate with maintenance the necessary changes in the school.
- Supervising the Administration team
- Organising Admin holidays
- Assist the Headteacher
- Have an overview of the school policies and procedures
Others:
- Operation of the bus application.
- Book training for teachers
- Covering the reception desk when the receptionist when is needed
- Covering holidays and absences of the Head of Admissions
- Organise the archives of the old staff
- Collaborate in the organisation of the school's graduation ceremony
- Assisting as translator at parents' meetings if needed
- Close communication with HR for the signing and finalization of school staff contracts
- Organisation of school administrative documents
- Sign contracts with service providers and send them for signature in Main office
- Oversee orders placed with suppliers of school material
