  • Take charge of the Single Central Register
  • Act as the primary contact for HR within the school
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for staff recruitment is collected
  • Coordinate with maintenance for any required school changes
  • Supervise the Administration team efficiently
  • Manage the scheduling of Admin holidays
  • Provide support to the Headteacher
  • Maintain an understanding of school policies and procedures

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage bus application processes
  • Arrange training sessions for teachers
  • Cover the reception desk when necessary
  • Handle holidays and absences for the Head of Admissions
  • Organize archives of former staff members
  • Contribute to the planning of school events like graduation ceremonies
  • Act as a translator during parents' meetings if required
  • Maintain close communication with HR for staff contract processes
  • Organize school administrative documentation efficiently
  • Facilitate the signing of contracts with service providers
  • Monitor orders placed with school material suppliers
