Capgemini is currently searching for a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will engage in our clients' projects, showcasing proficiency in multiple security domains, including security architecture, IAM, system design, and security assessments, among others. Additionally, you will assist in operating our clients' security systems, offering guidance and training on best practices to their internal teams and technology partners.

Activities and Tasks expected:

  • Collaborate with Clients' Infosec teams and development teams to align information security with business objectives.
  • Establish and communicate a security reference architecture framework of global applicability for all of our clients' businesses and geographies.
  • Evaluate technical designs for resilience and suitability to mitigate cyber threats.
  • Focus primarily on Identity and Access Management (IAM) while also being open to working across other domains (a versatile role).
  • Act as the product owner of IAM tools, overseeing identity governance, management, and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Define a plan for feature releases, manage the tools backlog, and prioritize features in each iteration.
  • Define and maintain a strategic roadmap for the tools, identifying new valuable features and influencing vendors to incorporate them.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of tool capabilities and architecture.
  • Engage with vendors for product and feature roadmapping.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to identity risks and assist stakeholders in making informed decisions.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Over 5 years of cybersecurity experience with a minimum of 3 years as a security architect.
  • Experience with Sailpoint and Cyberark products as an architect/engineer.
  • Proven experience in Secure System Design, including authentication and authorization security models.
  • Design and implementation of general security guidelines to maintain compliance.
  • Familiarity with UML, C4-model, or similar tools for documenting architecture designs.
  • High integrity and capability to handle confidential matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
  • Experience in designing Threat Models.
  • Hands-on experience with major Public Cloud providers and hybrid environments.
  • An advanced security certification (SABSA or CISSP); CCSP and TOGAF Certifications are beneficial.
