  • Ser capaz de desarrollar las tareas establecidas en las distintas áreas de la planta.
  • Mantener una condición de flexibilidad y polivalencia, para desempeñar cabalmente las diferentes actividades de producción de la división.
  • Preparar materias primas, productos intermedios, componentes y embalaje de acuerdo con la orden de producción y ejecutar la producción.
  • Organizar los productos manufacturados de acuerdo con su estado del proceso.
  • Proveer a los superiores información sobre los retrasos.
  • Conocer el plan de cambios de producto en producción.
  • Colaborar activamente con el mantenimiento preventivo, informando tanto a mantenimiento como a su superior de las incidencias.
  • Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de la maquina en la cual desempeña su trabajo.
  • Informar al superior de cualquier anomalía que se produzca durante el proceso de producción.
  • Avisar a su superior para su comunicación a mantenimiento en caso de mal funcionamiento o avería.
  • Informar al superior de productos no conformes generados.
  • Ser capaz de controlar, bajo supervisión, el proceso de producción según el área/ máquina en la que se encuentra.
  • Cumplimentar la hoja de control de producción.
  • Informar sobre el final del proceso de una orden de fabricación.
  • Colaborar en la optimización de la secuenciación de la producción, conociendo el funcionamiento de la maquina en la cual desempeña su trabajo.
  • Velar por el almacenamiento y manipulación de los productos a través del proceso de manufactura.
  • Transportar mercancías, si es necesario, mediante maquinas elevadoras a lugares específicos en planta.
  • Cargar y descargar materiales necesarios para llevar a cabo la producción.
