Objetivo del puesto
El principal objetivo de esta posición será realizar tareas de fabricación de resinas alimentarias, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones indicados mediante la utilización segura de herramientas y maquinaria con el objetivo de servir los pedidos de nuestros clientes con el máximo nivel de calidad, tiempos y costes establecidos.
Principales funciones
Preparar la materia prima necesaria y verificar el correcto estado de la maquinaria y herramientas. Reportará/solicitará cualquier anomalía al respecto. Fabricar los productos siguiendo las recetas y procesos de producción de las fórmulas para cumplir con el planning de fabricación diario. Realizar seguimiento de los proceso que aseguran el buen uso de métodos y máquinas SOPs, toolbox, Check-list, etc. Envasar los productos siguiendo los procesos de envasado de las fórmulas. Realizar el correcto etiquetado de los productos. Realizar los precontroles de calidad que aseguran el buen desarrollo de los lotes descritos durante la fabricación o en SOP. Realizar el cierre de fórmula siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos. Realizar las labores de automantenimiento descritos en los SOP de las máquinas. Asegurar las 5’s en la zona y áreas productiva de acuerdo con los estándares marcados. Reportar al Supervisor/Team leader cualquier incidencia de HSE, Calidad, Producción, etc. Realizar inventarios de materia primera para asegurar los stocks en zona de producción. Colaborar en Gemba Walks y realizar NMs y BBS. Cumplir con toda la normativa y procedimientos establecidos en la planta en material de HSE&S, Calidad y Medio Ambiente. Colaborar y participar en todas las iniciativas, procedimientos y acciones disponibles que ayuden a evitar incidentes/accidentes de cualquier persona que se encuentre en las instalaciones de la compañía.Requisitos del puesto
Formación FPII en química o similar, o ciclos formativos superiors, preferentemente como operario de Planta química. Experiencia 3 años en producción del sector químico/farma/industrial. Conocimiento de la lengua local, y valorable nivel medio/alto de Inglés. Residencia en la comarca. Usuario habitual de programas de Manejo de plantas industriales (SCADA).
