un/a Store Manager para nuestro Outlet ubicado en La Roca Village para cubrir una interinidad.


Estamos buscando a una persona que posea un espíritu enérgico, ambicioso y apasionado por lo que hace día a día.

Al corriente de las nuevas tendencias del sector, y que quiera desarrollarse en una compañía internacional en pleno proceso de expansión.

Algunas de las principales tareas y responsabilidades como Store Manager de Lindt serán:

Gestión de la tienda:

  • Elaboración de los objetivos de venta diaria/mensual/anual.
  • Elaboración planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos de venta.
  • Preparación de Store Visit mensual con el Area Manager y seguimiento del plan de acción de cada una.
  • Gestión de ingresos y cambios de moneda.
  • Supervisión de la gestión del stock y caducidades.
  • Elaboración de informes semanales y mensuales
  • Comunicación con la central para temas de Retail, marketing, operaciones, RRHH, logística.
  • Gestión del mail personal de la Store Manager y del mail de la tienda.
  • Planificación del trabajo diario, semanal y mensual.
  • Realización de los horarios del equipo.
  • Gestión de incidencias en tienda y pedidos

Gestión del equipo:

  • Trasmitir valores de marca y objetivos de venta así como guiarles en cómo conseguirlos.
  • Contratación y selección del equipo cualificado para la posición de Assistant SM y de Chocolate Advisor cuando sea necesario, junto con la colaboración de RRHH.
  • Liderar al equipo para conseguir los objetivos marcados acompañándoles, motivándoles, formándoles y dándoles feedback.
  • Asegurar que todo su equipo recibe e interioriza todas las formaciones propuestas por la empresa como por ejemplo el Service Champion.
  • Formar a las nuevas incorporaciones de su tienda.
  • Realizar reuniones diarias de equipo (breifings y debriefings) y asegurar que la comunicación este actualizada (hello panel; libreta de comunicación.)
  • Responsable del plan de crecimiento de su equipo y de la formación en la operativa de tienda del mismo.
  • Preparación y seguimiento de Appraissal con el objetivo de apoyar el crecimiento profesional de su equipo.

Gestión de la venta:

  • Asegurar altos níveles de satisfacción al cliente y resolver cualquier incidencia relativa al consumidor final.
  • Vender y Liderar con ejemplo.
  • Asegurar que se cumplan las líneas visuales de merchandising que marca la compañía.
  • Asegurar Mantenimiento de la tienda y almacén en perfectas condiciones (reposición de stocks, limpieza ).
  • Implementar la estrategia de fidelización cliente.
  • Reportar tendencias y necesidades de clientes, de equipo y de tienda a su Area Manager.
  • Proponer ideas innovadoras que ayuden al cumplimiento de la cifra de negocio o eficiencien procesos.
  • Asistir a las reuniones semanales se seguimiento con el Area Manager, así como a las convenciones generales de ventas.

Experiência profesional y herramientas:

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiência en una posición similar.
  • Valorable experiência anterior con una Premium Brand de similares características.
  • Experiência previa en gestión de equipos (formación, selección y desarrollo).
  • Experiência previa en el análisis y gestión de KPI's.
  • Imprescindible nível avanzado de castellano.
  • Nível alto de inglés.
