Level: Professional
Supporting and managing the development of Learning Solutions (especially Action
- & Experiential Learning Activities, Workshops, etc.) as well as contributing to new strategic projects.
Main responsibilities
- Learning Experience Design: codesign facetoface, online, digital, asynchronous and synchronous solutions incorporating innovative learning methodologies
- Support designs and redisigns of programs (degree and nondegree programs) or elements of those
- Ensure that processes and learning experiences are humancentered (bringing together learner needs, technical capability, and business value)
- Develop content, organize pilots and transfer innovative learning experiences and offerings to programs
- Provide support to faculty and staff around best practices, new learning methodology, blended learning, etc.
- Be able to benchmark & codevelop competency assessments
- Support of the LIU Team across all their activities (organization of events, learning labs, pilots, POs, team activities, etc.)
- Community building activities with regard to learners in the context of lifelong learning.
