How to contribute to our vision
As a member of a Global Market Intelligence team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying market trends and strategic moves of key stakeholders in our fast growing and dynamic market, which is crucial for our overall strategic discussions.
Job Description:
- Monitor Wind and adjacent market development including customers, competitors and suppliers
- Identify market trends and develop a team view on potential impact to our business
- Manage core databases on market and competitors (incl. Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy and external players)
- Perform systematic market analysis & benchmarking on key competitors and provide regular reports to top management
- Facilitate the exchange of market and competitor data/information within the company and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure aligned view
- Initialize strategic discussions and action items based on outcome of strategic analysis / benchmarking
- Act as interface to key external analysts and coordinate exchanges
- Lead or support other crossfunctional strategic initiatives
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- From 1 to 3 years professional experience (preferably within renewable industry, especially wind power)
- Good knowledge on company financial reporting
- Structured approach to tackle tasks
- Selfmotivated with high focus on impact and quality of work
- Experience in strategic consulting or corporate development/strategy preferred
- Experience working with crossfunctional and international teams with diversified cultures
- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressurized situations
- Openminded with strong team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to rapid demands with short deadlines
- Totally fluency in English, both orally and in writing
- High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
