Como Embajador de la firma buscamos:
MANAGEMENT:
- Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de ventas.
- Asegurar que el equipo está formado en las tareas diarias a realizar.
- Participar en el reclutamiento del equipo.
SALES AND INVENTORY
- Crear un relación con el cliente, ofreciendo un servicio de calidad.,
- Consecución de los objetivo cuantitativos y cualitativos necesarios,
- Seguir las directrices de la Direccion de la empresa, asegurando una comunicaciónfluida entre dirección y equipo.
- Gestionar inventarios y control de Stock
MERCHANDISING:
- Asegurar que la tienda esta bien organizada siguiendo las directrices de la maison Sandro
Perfil:
Experiência demostrada como Store Manager de entre 2 a 5 años,
- Persona entusiasta, amante de la moda y sus tendencias.
- Puedes demostrar que tienes sentido del negocio y excelente servicio al Cliente.
- Eres capaz de de gestionar un equipo y transmitir los objetivos marcados.
