We are looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join our marketing team in Madrid
If you are a self-starting, curious, and passionate professional who loves fast-paced environments and is focused on achieving results, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you to join our growing paid acquisition team in Madrid.
- Work on digital acquisition for energy, telecommunications, and other verticals in the International market.
- Collaborate heavily with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM, Google Sheets, and other internal tools.
Your mission? To create, monitor, report, track, and work hands-on in different acquisition campaigns and channels by providing key insights to the team, coordinating with the design team, and identifying opportunities in campaign performance data and content.
Your objective? Increase lead generation across digital advertising platforms in Belgium.
The outcomes in detail:
- Gain expertise on different acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Develop innovative campaigns to convert and generate leads.
- Test and propose new creative ideas with the team.
- Research and improve audience research, website research, campaign structure, and funnel optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide recommendations.
- Optimize landing pages and analyze sales funnel acquisition.
Profile:
You should have a bachelor's or master's degree and ideally 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing. You must be proactive, creative, and a team player. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages like French or German is a plus.
