With this mission we, as a 100% subsidiary of AlphaConsult KG, are looking for you as Maintenance Control Center Coordinator (m/f/d) from Spain for our client a Part 14- Maintenance Operation at Leipzig-Halle Airport (LEJ).

Planning and coordination of maintenance work in order to determine the operational capability of the aircraft within the ground times and the required capacities.
Technical support for all EAT - Part 145 outstations in all mattersSupport with maintenance planningPreparation of schedules for major maintenance events (Gantt chart)Continuous tracking of expected release times for non-operational aircraft and initiating actions to minimize the impact on the DHL networkClose collaboration with MOCChecking incoming aircraft documents from the EAT Part 145 maintenance stations for completenessCoordination of work packages in LEJ with the Work Preparation CoordinatorCoordination of complaints with the Troubleshooting and Engineering departmentMonitoring and allocation of real-time planning dataAssigning external orders to subcontractors according to maintenance requirementsNotifying the aircraft owner of planned maintenance changes that affect the planned time on the groundArranging "Flying Spanner" for specific aircraft routes and additional charters for EAT personnel for all EAT Part 145 outstationsCoordination of daily requests to the MCCMonitoring and ensuring maintenance and layover reports to all contracted tradesTaking on special tasks and project workImplementing company policyMonitoring process efficiency and suggesting process improvementsAssigning work activities to Line Control / Task ControlYour Profil as a MCC - Coordinator (m/w/d):
Holder (m/f/d) of a part-66 license CAT B1 or CAT B2 for aircraft maintenanceIn-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance and the organizational requirements for flight safety, safety, quality, airworthiness and the general operation of an aviation companyComprehensive understanding of the German/European legal and regulatory framework and other legal requirementsStrong interpersonal skillsVery good leadership and management skillsDecisiveness and assertiveness to find flexible and creative solutions in a complex environmentProven analytical skills as well as good self-confidence and high self-motivationA sense of responsibility and the ability to delegate and work under time pressureConvinced?
