Key responsabilities will be to:
- Achieve sales goals and overall customer contact of your territory
- Maintain relationships and favourable contacts with current and potential accounts
- Resolve customer issues/problems, make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications, to increase sales
- Make the standard quotes for the supported customers and followup by phone all open quote requests (both proactive and reactive requests)
- Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize individual and territory sales impact
- Make written and oral presentation to customers and industry groups
- Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- Previous work experience in a Sales position, preferably within the industrial sector but not a necessity
- Native in Italian and fluent in English (company language)
- To be a commercial extrovert person that is driven by sales
- Ability to contact customers in a proactive way
- Good technical skillset to understand our products
- Computer literate and experience with CRM environment is an asset
