As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible formanaging the day-to-day operations of the automation team, including projectmanagement, client engagement, and team development. You will work closely withthe Director for automation to develop and implement strategies to drive growthand profitability

Within this role your responsibilities and taskswill include:

· Manage a team of consultants and technicalengineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality servicedelivery

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously,ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

· Provide technical expertise and know-how (includingQuality insurance)

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement,innovation, and client satisfaction

· Collaborate with other leaders in the companyto ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client management

· Develop and maintain strong clientrelationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients

· Stay up to date on industry trends and bestpractices, and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving itsofferings

· Overseeing project timelines, allocatingresources effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services toclients. You will work closely with project teams to monitor progress, mitigaterisks, and ensure successful project completion within the defined parameters.

· Focus on developing and optimizing deliveryprocesses to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. Youwill analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implementstrategies to streamline workflows.

· Understanding client needs and aligningdelivery effort, ands exceeding client expectations throughout the entiredelivery process.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in intelligent automation
  • Past experience in professional service is aplus
  • Knowledge in at least 2 pillars within the IntelligentAutomation space (RPA, IDP, Process Mining, Low-Code, Conversational AI, BPM...)
  • Strong track record of managing clientrelationships and leading projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills,with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal,team-building and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of operationoptimization, process analysis, process modelling and/or process automation.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
