¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Establecer y mantener una comunicación efectiva entre el departamento de TI y las áreas de negocio de la compañía.
  • Trabajar de manera cercana con los gerentes de las diferentes áreas para garantizar que las soluciones de TI estén alineadas con sus objetivos y necesidades.
  • Gestionar proyectos de TI desde su concepción hasta su implementación. Definir objetivos, plazos y presupuestos. Identificar los recursos necesarios. Supervisar el progreso del proyecto y la resolución de problemas que puedan surgir durante el proceso.
  • Evaluar y analizar las tecnologías emergentes y su potencial impacto en la empresa así como el rendimiento de los sistemas de TI actuales y hacer recomendaciones para mejorar su eficiencia y eficacia.
  • Gestionar las relaciones con los proveedores de TI, asegurando que los contratos sean justos y beneficiosos para la empresa, y que se cumplan los acuerdos de nível de servicio.



¿Qué requisitos deberías cumplir para sentirte cómodo en este rol?

  • Estudios de Ingeniería Técnica o Superior Informática u otra Ingeniería.
  • Experiência mínima de 5 años en un puesto de similares características.
  • Experiência en diversas herramientas tecnológicas para la gestión de proyectos (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello o Asana), para el análisis de datos (Excel, Power BI o Tableau), herramientas de colaboración, herramientas ITSM, de automatización de procesos y bases de datos (como MySQL, Oracle o SQL Server).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nível nacional e internacional.
  • Nível de inglés avanzado. Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de otros idiomas.
  • Habilidades comunicativas así como de organización y resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo.
