Job Description:
Main Functions

  • Carrying out tasks for the entire accounting cycle: accounting, periodic closings, and preparation of the closing of analytical accounting.
  • Billing: registration, accounting, and monitoring of invoices, as well as relationship with national and international suppliers.
  • Participation in the consolidation process: integration, review, and validation of financial statements of the companies that report to the parent company.
  • Commissions: Calculation of the income to be collected from investment vehicles, as well as carrying out billing processes to said vehicles.
  • Treasury management: support in carrying out bank reconciliations and analysis of the bank's liquidity positions.
  • Attention to external audits.
  • Support in the automation of financial processes of a consolidated group of 42 entities.
  • Previous experience up to 1 year in similar functions. Preferably in financial or accounting entities, funds management companies, or similar.
  • Recent graduate or soontobe graduate from Business Administration, Finance, Economy or similar.
  • Provable analytical and problemsolving skills, critical spirit, and high attention to detail.
  • Planification and organization skills, and proactivity and autonomy capabilities.
  • Advanced level of English (C1 or similar)
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
