Beca: Delay Analysis

Support the Delay Analysis department within the Project Control area, in tasks such as:
- Assisting ongoing projects in preparing claims and delay analysis to formalize a time extension.
- Monitoring project schedules to prepare Extensions of Time (EOT) and analyzing subcontractors' submissions.
- Conducting forensic delay analysis using industry-recognized methodologies.
- Real-time analysis of project delays to support project completion date estimations.
- Identifying delay patterns and proposing preventative solutions.
- Final year student or recent graduate with no experience in Industrial Organization Engineering.
- Interest in data management and analysis, as well as complex problem-solving.
- Valuable interest or knowledge in delay analysis and planning software such as Primavera.
- Minimum B2 level in English (level test will be conducted).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, teamwork, and proactiveness.
- Attention to detail, precision, and multitasking abilities.
- Information organization skills to facilitate access and analysis.
- Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams and work with demanding deadlines.
- 6-month internship, extendable for an additional 6 months.
- Employment contract upon completion of the internship, based on performance.
- 35-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
- Study aid of 700€ gross monthly for university degree students, 875€ gross monthly for university graduates, or 955€ gross monthly for double graduates or graduates with a master's degree.
- Possibility of remote internship days (2 days per week) starting from the third month of the internship.
- 14 working days off for every 6 months of internship.
- Participation in real high-level international projects in a multicultural environment.
