- Elaborar informes y estudios postcampaign.
Control de EXCEL y acostumbrado a manejar números:
reportes diarios, análisis de cartera y competencia, seguimiento de campañas y análisis de mejora para los clientes
- Colaborar con los departamentos internos para facilitar la satisfacción de las necesidades del cliente
- Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de los productos y servicios de la empresa
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas resolviendo problemas de una manera rápida y eficaz para prevenir dificultades adicionales mediante la mejora de los procesos
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes
Requirements:
- Estudiante de Publicidad/Marketing
- Excelente capacidad de escucha, negociación y presentación
- Capacidad demostrable para comunicar, presentar e influir en las partes interesadas clave en todos los níveles de una organización
- Capacidad para establecer relaciones y colaborar con otras personas dentro y fuera de la empresa
- Buen conocimiento del inglés
- Tener un excelente conocimiento de Microsoft Office, especialmente de Excel con un gran manejo de tablas dinámicas y formulación. Elaborar informes y estudios postcampaign.
Control de EXCEL y acostumbrado a manejar números:
