That's why we need a Project Manager, Corporate Events like you.What your responsibilities will be
- Oversee execution of corporate events to amplify our brand story and image at national and international internal and external events.
- Proactively manage and strategize all event needs. Endtoend event management, from conceptualization and planning, content creation to event execution. Provide assessment on venue selection and collateral needs.
- Develop preevent, atevent, and postevent comms and content plans. Partner with internal crossfunctional teams to create event agendas, campaigns, and content that meet objectives and budget targets.
- Oversees and coordinates the production of content and the creation of branding assets for the event.

- Coordinate with other departments (Grifols Viajes, IT, Event Owner ) to ensure the needs and objectives of the events are met.
- Establish event goals and KPI and formats to report on event success and improvements.
- Support other areas with key internal or external events, assessing and/or developing corporate messages and materials, branding and design needs and comms/media plans.
- Establish and develop the policies and SOPs to ensure proper management of corporate events across the company.

- Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Events Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (creative content and events), ideally within corporate communications and/or the healthcare/pharma sectors.
- Proficient or C1 in English.
- Experience creating compelling, wellstructured narratives and innovative creative work.
- Exceptional communication abilities. High level of influencing and negotiating effectively and efficiently with a high degree of collaboration.
- A standout project manager with an eye for detail and deadlines.
- Focused on results.
- Ability to be creative and curios.
- Professional and teamoriented.
