Position Overview
We are looking a Creative Copywriter to join our international team based in Barcelona.


The Creative Copywriter is responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive written campaigns and content for various brands with a focus on big digital advertising campaigns as well as social media content and campaigns.

As an English native speaker, the copywriter has a strong command of the language, using grammar and vocabulary to create compelling and concise messages that resonate with the target audience.

In addition to copywriting, our creative copywriter is also expected to be a strategic thinker and idea/campaign generator.

They must have the ability to conceptualize ideas and narratives that can be used for varius brand communicational needs, mostly Campaigns and Content.

This requires a deep understanding of the brand's voice, audience, and goals, as well as an awareness of current digital and social media trends and best practices.


Responsibilities

  • Interpreting creative briefs to develop concepts for execution with assigned brands.
  • Coming up with concepts, ideas and writing up the copies that will be used across all brands in the different touchpoints.
  • Writing original copy and editing content for a range of marketing materials.
  • Collaborating effectively and receiving feedback from the Creative Director to ensure that the end result meets the needs and expectations of the brand and its audience.
  • Working with the strategic and creative team from concept development to delivery of final product.
  • Big understanding of social media narratives and digital paid best practices.
  • Presenting concepts and final copy deliverables to the Creative Director and to the client (whenever required).
  • Occasionally participating in client pitches.

Requirements:

  • English native speaker
  • 35 years of experience with solid portfolio of work
  • Previous experience as creative copywriter within the digital creative scene and in particular for the beauty, skincare, lifestyle and luxury sectors
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Exceptional research skills
  • Very good presentation skills and the ability to "sell" our ideas and concepts to clients
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Ability wok under pressure in order to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline would be ideal.
