Description of the position
We are seeking a dynamic Yield Executive to join us in Palma, Mallorca.
As a Yield Executive, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales performance and ensuring our clients' competitiveness in their respective markets through strategic optimization and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Contact hotels to develop special campaigns, last-minute offers, flash sales, and customized promotions.
- Upload offers into our reservation system.
- Monitor and verify reservations in our system.
- Analyze occupancy and availability at destinations.
- Conduct price and availability benchmarking for optimization.
- Negotiate terms with hotels for inventory, offers, and agreements.
- Ensure customers from various markets receive improved rates and terms.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English skills, additional languages are a plus.
- Degree in Tourism or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Mallorca as a destination.
- Adept at working with IT systems and quick to adapt to new platforms.
