Actualmente nos encontramos en un proceso de expansión en nuestro equipo de Technology Enablement y buscamos incorporar a un Project Manager con 8-10 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos de IT, gestionando equipos grandes, preferiblemente más de 15 miembros.




¿Qué necesitas saber?

  • Experiência probada liderando proyectos complejos y de gran envergadura (gestión de proyectos que involucran integración de sistemas, migraciones o implementaciones a nível empresarial).
  • Capacidad para gestionar proyectos que involucran múltiples áreas internas y externas y gestión de proveedores.
  • Capacidad para liderar equipos multifuncionales y distribuidos geográficamente.
  • Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de gestión de proyectos y certificaciones, siendo la más valorada la de PMP.
  • Fuerte comprensión de tecnologías emergentes y tendencias en IT.
  • Experiência en la gestión de presupuestos y recursos.
  • Capacidad para colaborar eficientemente con stakeholders internos y externos.
  • Experiência en la identificación y mitigación de riesgos.
  • Fundamental aportar nível alto de inglés (mínimo B2).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Liderazgo efectivo y capacidad para motivar y dirigir equipos.
  • Resolución de conflictos y habilidades para la toma de decisiones.
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos.
