I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel.


_ Duties and Responsibilities_


I will assist and assume responsibility on my role as In Room Dining Host (Night Shift), providing exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.


The duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively.
  • Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently as specified in departments standards.
  • Take order from any food & beverage outlet menus.
  • Work with an empathetic attitude.
  • Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by standards.
  • Ensure all misenplace for service is correctly prepared prior to delivering.
  • Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day to day activities.
  • Have good knowledge of all F&B outlets opening hours.
  • Recommend and promote items as directed by supervisor.
  • Knowledge on menu prices and suggesting upselling when necessary.
  • Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

_ Skills and Experience_
To execute the position of In Room Dining Host (Night Shift), I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

  • Ideally High School diploma or equivalent, and at least 1-3 years of experience in restaurants or similar outlet or setting.
  • Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
  • Alcohol awareness certification and a valid food handlers permit.
  • Technical skills include advanced MS Office, Opera PMS, CRM, Micros POS and Outlook platforms. I have knowledge of resort and policies regarding reservations, discounts and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.
  • Valid UE work permit.
