La misión del puesto de Product Specialist Intersafe seráofrecer el mejor servicio a los clientes internos y externos y contribuir a alcanzar los objetivos de negocio. Gestión de productos, precios, incidencias.
Funciones principales:
Dar soporte a los Product Manager en la selección, creación y gestión administrativa de productos de las categorías. Crear y mantener la Bases de Datos de productos y precios en los distintos sistemas, SAP, STEP, Excel... para asegurar que ventas y el cliente externo tenga la información correcta y actualizada en todo momento. Dar soporte y asesoramiento sobre el producto a la red Comercial y al Customer Service, para ofrecer el mejor servicio al cliente final. Atender a las necesidades de los clientes y negociar con los proveedores para dar la mejor respuesta. Solicitud y carga de precios, precios especiales a proveedores. Revisión de los precios cargados. Garantizar el funcionamiento del simulador de precios y su actualización para que nuestra red de ventas pueda cotizar productos. Coordinación con los distintos departamentos (aprovisionamiento y ventas) para ofrecer los productos alternativos en caso de rotura. Realizar la gestión de incidencias de los productos de las categorías, junto con el proveedor para ser ágiles en la respuesta al cliente. Gestionar toda la información relativa al proveedor, así como su creación en sistema y toda la gestión administrativa derivada del mismo. Cargar en el sistema las promociones negociadas por los Product Managers con el fin de asegurar la correcta implementación de la promoción en el departamento de ventas y logística. Garantizar el cumplimiento y seguimiento de los tiempos locales e internacionales en lo referente a folletos, catálogo, precios, etc. Coordinación de tareas transversales dentro del propio departamento en el proceso de pricing, seguimiento de los big deals, comunicación con especiales activos. Desarrollar y hacer seguimiento de las tareas y proyectos asignados por el Marketing Operations Manager o Dirección de Marketing, en coordinación con los puestos de Product Manager. Revisar el proceso de creación de Catálogo junto con el Product Manager.Requisitos:
Valorable Diplomatura universitaria. En su defecto, CFGS Comercio y Marketing o Formación a nivel de Titulación Privada en Marketing. Módulo de administración, marketing, compras o similar. Valorable formación complementaria en área de Marketing, empresariales, economía, compras. Idiomas: Imprescindible nivel de inglés equivalente a un First Certificate. Valorable Portugués. Nivel avanzado del paquete Office y valorable experiencia previa en manejo de herramientas SAP y STEP. Experiencia de 1-2 años en puesto administrativo preferiblemente en área ventas o Marketing.Ofrecemos:
