POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a Sales Development Executive (SDE) to join our team at the Digital Hub in Barcelona. The SDE team aims to revolutionize the software industry by delivering exceptional digital experiences to customers, ultimately boosting sales productivity and revenue growth.

  • Generate Leads and Opportunities through various digital and social selling strategies aligned with the Sales Team
  • Engage with C-Level executives and drive proactive outbound activities
  • Meet ambitious sales and Demand Generation targets while staying at the forefront of digital transformation
  • Implement the latest digital prospecting tools and support strategic projects

Preferred Skills, Experience and behavioral traits:

  • Local Language and Fluent English proficiency
  • University degree in Business Administration / IT / Digital Transformation
  • 1-2 years experience in B2B Demand Generation or Sales within a software sales organization
  • Interest in new technologies and strong customer-centric approach
  • Aptitude for active listening and delivering results independently
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
  • Natural drive for excellence and growth mindset
