JOB SUMMARY
This position is integrated within NH Cash Link, the entity in charge to provide financial/Treasury services, instruments and transactions to cover the activities and requirements of the entities of MINOR Hotels Europe & Americas. This company is configured as an expertise center, undertaking the responsibility to act as an In-House Bank for MINOR Group in all its operations in Europe and the Americas.
The role would be based in Madrid Head Quarter office, and would be reporting directly to the Credit & Collections Director, and indirectly to the SVP Corporate Treasury.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide Service to hotels regarding Payment Instruments and Platforms.
- Management of the relation with Acquirers, Payment Processors and other Fintec Partners.
- Management of Projects related to Payment Methods, Payment Platforms, Customer Experience and Innovation.
- Control and Management of the different Methods of Payment/Payment Instruments and Platforms used by the Group in their day-to-day operations.
- Scanning the market to identify potential elements of improvement of the customer experience and the company standards in relation to payment mechanism and instruments.
- Extension of the current payment platform in case of organic growth and business development within MINOR Group.
- Supporting the internal customer (other company areas, SSC, and other group stakeholders) in relation to any aspect under its responsibility.
- Supporting the Corporate Treasury Senior Officer and other Financial Department Senior Officers in any ad-hoc project that may raise in the running of the company.
EXPERIENCE
Three to Five years of experience in a Treasury Department, preferably in a multinational environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Economics or Business Administration Degree.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (other European languages would be considered).
- Familiarity with SAP, and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba knowledge would be highly valued).
- High knowledge of the Office package.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Will report to Credit & Collections Director, and SVP Corporate Treasury at HQ Level.
- Full Time Employee.
- Based on HQ-Madrid office.
