We are set to disrupt this space by offering a comprehensive solution that empowers both parents and therapists, covering most conditions within a unified platform.
Role overview:
Responsibilities:
- Utilise the capabilities of ChatGPT to generate content ideas, draft engaging copy, and strategise content.
- Manage the feedback from therapists and endusers to enhance clarity, engagement, and relevance.
- Convert and adapt content into BeneTalk's proprietary format/software.
- Focus on improving the user experience by delivering engaging content.
- Collaborate with the product development team to improve the user experience and BeneTalk's AI capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's technical degree.
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Proficient in English.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to understand and translate complex concepts into easytounderstand language.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for helping families to find joy in speaking and improving lives.
Nice to have requirements:
- Experience with UX design tools such as Figma.
- Experience in software development or in writing HTML code.
- Living in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
