Estamos buscando un/a
_Content Strategy Director __con más de 10 años de experiência_ para liderar el departamento Creativo, nuestro equipazo de branding y diseño de creatividades.

Supervisarás el proceso creativo desde la conceptualización hasta la implementación de los proyectos y formarás parte de una compañía internacional, entusiasta y dinámica.


Los retos de la posición son:

  • Liderar y promover el trabajo en equipo, la motivación y la coordinación con otros departamentos.
  • Trabajar con el equipo para entender los objetivos y los mensajes clave de cada proyecto, y desarrollar conceptos creativos y estrategias visuales para transmitir estos mensajes de forma efectiva.
  • Supervisar el aspecto visual y estético de cada proyecto para campañas de marketing, diseños y otras creatividades online y offline.
  • Gestionar los flujos de trabajo y la entrada de clientes.
  • Control de toda la relación con el cliente, potenciales clientes y partners.
  • Seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales con el equipo de Ventas.
  • Cumplir plazos de entrega y velar por la calidad y el éxito de cada proyecto.
  • Elaborar presupuestos para diferentes mercados (Europa, USA, Latam) adaptando pricings.
  • Definir nuevas líneas de negocio del Creative.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades creativas y estar al día de las últimas tendencias en diseño, marketing y tecnología para la mejora continua del trabajo creativo.

  • Tienes experiência liderando equipos y proyectos artísticos y creativos.
  • Eres proactivo, flexible y efectivo en la resolución de problemas.
  • Te gusta trabajar en equipo y anteponer las necesidades del equipo a los intereses personales.
  • Eres una persona estratégica y orientada a objetivos que sabe traducir la estrategia a un plan operativo factible.
  • Eres una persona creativa y abierta con sensibilidad estética, que sabe convertir ideas y conceptos en imágenes gráficas.
  • Posees unas habilidades comunicativas excelentes (orales y escritas) tanto en español como en inglés. Cualquier otro idioma será bien valorado.
  • Eres capaz de construir y mantener relaciones fuertes con todo tipo de clientes en proyectos de distintas verticales.
