Retail Talent Group es una empresa experta en gestión del talento y captación de capital humano en los sectores de eRetail, eCommerce y Distribución.

Nuestro cliente es una empresa del sector cultural y artístico muy reconocida en su sector.

Actualmente buscamos una posición de management que gestione dos de sus tiendas más importantes ubicadas en el centro de Barcelona, con un equipo de >20 personas y una facturación muy elevada. El producto requiere una venta personalizada y de algunos articulos de alto valor.

Realizará las siguientes funciones:

  • Dirección de equipos, formación, desarrollo, motivación y comunicación con su equipo de vendedores (equipo >20).
  • Asegurar el mejor servicio al cliente.
  • Gestión y coordinación de la actividad comercial.
  • Conseguir objetivos y los resultados definidos por la compañía.
  • Análisis de KPI's y establecimiento planes de acción estratégicos para ambas tiendas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos grandes
  • Experiencia de store manager o encargado/a de punto de venta durante al menos 3-5 años.
  • Catalán y castellano nativo/muy alto e inglés nivel B2 fluido mínimo.
  • Líder con gran ambición comercial, donde destaque su orientación al cliente y a mejorar y profesionalizar el desempeño del equipo, desde el ejemplo y la exigencia humanizada. Con energía y pasión por retail.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

Estar en una de las instituciones más relevantes del arte y cultura en Barcelona.

Dos fines de semana libres a la semana. Los otros dos se trabajan sábados y domingo y se libran dos días entre semana.

Turnos rotativos intensivos mañana y/o tarde generalmente.

Salario muy competitivo en función de valía (>27k) + variables.

Participar en un proyecto con posibilidades de crecimiento y facturación muy alta.
