We are looking for a Yield Executive to join our hardworking Overseas Yield team based in Palma whilst supporting the wider commercial aspect of our UK-based business.

The Yield Executive will assist with destination commercial yield targets, maximising saleability of resorts ensuring our hotels remain on sale through negotiation of releases, stop sales and additional bed stock.

At TUI we believe work is something you do not somewhere you go. We believe in offering as much flexibility to the individual on whether they work from an office or elsewhere.

Of course, there will be occasions when we need you in the Palma office for business reasons so it is important you are in a commutable distance of the office location.


Please be advised the closing date is 20th January 2023 and a local contract will be offered with Palma, Mallorca as the main workplace location (ideally you will be in the Palma office one day per week).


ABOUT THE JOB
Involved with the completion of season start up and see it through end to end, embracing change and rising to daily challenges

Provide additional support to suppliers through occupancy reporting along with training on DESTIMO (TUI UK online reservation system) to our contractual obligations.

Liaise with our resort teams and deal with mailbox management, audit procedures and requests for adapted rooms.
Be commercially aware to negotiate stop sales and releases to create maximum value for the business.
Monitor and control any overbookings and ensure that contractual agreements with our suppliers are honoured
Ensure the customer is put at the heart of our commercial decisions to help us become the best-loved holiday company

Develop relationships with internal and external customers to optimise the customer journey and support our company values in promoting sustainability.

Collaborate with various departments ensuring utilisation of committed bed stock and deliverance of financial commitments.

ABOUT YOU
Engaging communicator, confident in dealing with challenging situations and with a keen eye for detail
A true team player, passionate about working together in a fast-paced environment making cost effective business decisions in a timely manner
Strong negotiating skills to confidentially liaise with suppliers coupled with commercial awareness and focus on customer delivery
Microsoft system knowledge
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be fluent in English and speak a good level of Spanish too
