Team Lead Facilities
- Como Team Lead Facilities en TBES, dirigirás el aprovisionamiento y la administración de las instalaciones.
- Para ello, deberás realizar una serie de actividades de gestión de las instalaciones (por ejemplo, recepción, salud y seguridad, seguridad, restauración, limpieza, bienes embargados, mantenimiento y renovación de oficinas)
- Contribuirás de forma crítica revisando y aportando información mientras trabajas dentro del plan de instalaciones establecido para lograr resultados preestablecidos; tendrás que supervisar a otros que trabajen dentro del sistema operativo establecido.
- Proporcionarás los resultados requeridos coordinando las actividades de subcontratistas y proveedores y actuando como punto de contacto principal para ellos mientras trabajan dentro de un plan de gestión de contratos establecido, alcanzando siempre los objetivos específicos de contratación sostenible dentro del área de responsabilidad, así como el sistema de gestión medioambiental (SGM).
- Además, deberás llevar a cabo una amplia gama de actividades de bienes embargados utilizando los sistemas, protocolos y principios existentes y, en ocasiones, actuar como supervisor de primera línea de las actividades de bienes adjudicados.
- Tendrás que seguir las políticas, procedimientos e instrucciones obligatorias de la organización en materia de salud y seguridad en la sucursal, para identificar y mitigar los riesgos para el bienestar propio y de los demás en el lugar de trabajo, incluida la evaluación de riesgos de los edificios y la gestión de emergencias.
- Mantendrás un fuerte liderazgo, estilo de comunicación, y motivarás a las personas para alcanzar los objetivos empresariales locales del plan y misión con los compañeros de su equipo.
Tu perfil
Experiência como responsable de equipo y disposición para aportar tus conocimientos y habilidades en instalaciones para seguir desarrollando esta experiência en Triodos Bank.
El Team Lead Facilities reporta al Director General a través de una función local, pero se centra en la ejecución de una dinámica operativa global y armonizada.
Dirigirás al equipo con un profundo enfoque en la obtención de resultados a través de objetivos específicos de compras sostenibles dentro del área de responsabilidad, así como del sistema de gestión medioambiental.
Esto se complementa con:
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en funciones similares en el sector industrial (muy valorable sector bancario).
- Formación: Ingeniería Técnica o Superior.
- Nível avanzado de inglés.
- Gestión de equipos, orientación al cliente y proactividad.
- Experiência trabajando en un entorno complejo e internacional.
- Trato constructivo con muchas partes interesadas diferentes e intereses posiblemente contrapuestos.
- Capacidad analítica, orientación a los resultados y a las personas.
- Espíritu creativo, curioso e innovador.
- Compromiso para transmitir la visión y los valores de Triodos Bank a los equipos.
