Looking for an exciting opportunity in Barcelona? Join an innovative project, for a global tech-brand delivering world class customer service and sales support through a video call service.

There are three primary parts to the role.

First is to provide an in-store video shopping experience for you to respond to, influence and convert customer ́s sales enquiries whilst delivering an outstanding level of customer service on a one-way video call.

The second part is to participate in video content for the client by presenting on live events and pre-recorded videos.

You will have input into script writing, translating and brainstorming on content to be created to set the direction of the project.

Finally, you will also be required to provide support for the call center where needed by taking inbound calls and supporting with administrative tasks.

You will have a positive personality and comfortable being on camera and the face of the brand.

With over 100 products in our customised showroom, you will have a passion for technology and be self-motivated to maintain an expert level of product knowledge.

You embrace change and the diverse nature of the role, willing to support in all aspects of the project.

Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
Demonstrate products and features on a video callIncrease sales and market share through your interactionsIncrease conversion rate from query to purchaseDeliver excellent customer service on each callAnswer queries efficiently and confidentlyMaintain an expert understanding of productsMerchandising, maintaining, and reporting on inventoryKeeping up to date with trainingProvide market related insights and feedbackPresenting on public, and internal facing video contentScriptwriting and translationsCreating and presenting training contentSupport for the call centre where necessarySupport for filming tasks as required including potential out of hours working

Person Specification:
