Are you ready to be part of a cutting-edge project in Barcelona? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a global tech-brand where you will provide exceptional customer service and sales support via video calls.


As part of this dynamic role, you will:

  • Demonstrate products and features on video calls
  • Influence and increase sales
  • Convert customer inquiries into purchases
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Handle inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain expertise in product knowledge
  • Participate in creating video content
  • Support call center operations


If you are a tech enthusiast with a passion for customer service and sales, this role is for you Your responsibilities will include presenting products, contributing to content creation, and providing support when needed. You will be the face of the brand, so a positive attitude and comfort in front of the camera are essential.

Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

  • Demonstrate products and features on a video call
  • Increase sales and market share through your interactions
  • Increase conversion rate from query to purchase
  • Deliver excellent customer service on each call
  • Answer queries efficiently and confidently
  • Maintain an expert understanding of products
  • Merchandising, maintaining, and reporting on inventory
  • Keeping up to date with training
  • Provide market related insights and feedback
  • Presenting on public, and internal facing video content
  • Scriptwriting and translations
  • Creating and presenting training content
  • Support for the call centre where necessary
  • Support for filming tasks as required including potential out of hours working

Person Specification:

  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience
  • Passion or previous work experience within technology
  • Friendly and have an engaging personality
  • Comfortable working in a training and sales environment
  • Comfortable demonstrating on a one to one and group basis
  • Comfortable working on camera
  • Personable and energetic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and positive
  • Eager to tackle challenges and change
  • Team-player

  • Native speaker for your market + fluent English required
