Reporting directly to the Group Talent Manager, this role offers substantial exposure, ownership, leadership, and responsibility in critical analysis and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
The Group HR Senior Talent Strategy Analyst will be involved in international projects related to talent staffing, engaging with top executives across the 17 countries where Verisure operates. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Identify internal candidates for top management roles through proactive and reactive approaches.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of top executives' talent performance and aspirations to inform staffing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development to create talent development plans for top management.
  • Coordinate organizational announcements and communications after top management changes.
  • Manage the Corporate Audience list (top management) of the company.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of staffing processes globally.
  • Collaborate with key leaders in preparing strategic thinking and talent-related materials.

This position offers the opportunity to play a strategic and operational role simultaneously, with ownership and accountability.

Location: The full-time position is based in Madrid (Spain) under a hybrid work policy allowing 2 days of remote work per week with additional flexibility to work from preferred locations two weeks per year. Some travel across European markets may be required.

Reports and Organization Structure: The role reports directly to the Group Talent Manager.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:

  • A bachelor's degree (ideally in engineering or business administration) from a top-tier institution.
  • 2 years of experience in strategic project management or management consulting.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Spanish.
  • Excellent problem structuring, strategic problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with strong Excel proficiency.
  • Strong communication abilities for creating and delivering presentations.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Experience in multicultural environments and remote team collaboration.
  • Agile mindset with a hands-on approach and readiness for strategic thinking.
