In the Talent strategy & innovation team our purpose is to innovate and transform through strategic talent initiatives that generate a competitive advantage for the organization. Monitoring the market and talent trends; designing innovative talent solutions, implementing them, evolving them; defining the scalability and sustainability model, working together with the different areas of expertise, local teams and business of the company to do so.

We are looking for a Talent Strategy Consultant who will participate in the design, implementation and evolution of talent solutions, tools and processes at EMEAL level. Participating in end-to-end projects, from design to implementation in the company's systems.

You will collaborate in Talent Value Proposition customization projects, in the design and evolution of career paths for the different business units and in the evolution of global talent processes and tools, such as supervisor assessment, evaluation&performance review, talent attraction initiatives...

You will support the local People teams in different countries and the business in implementations and change management plans.

We are also looking for a proactive person, passionate about talent management and strategy. With interest in working as an internal consultant, in projects of global impact with different business areas and countries.

Here are the main functions you could perform:

  • Perform analysis of information related to the talent and business context of each unit and/or country.
  • Participate in the identification of talent needs in each business area.
  • Participate in the design of solutions and new talent management processes or tools.
  • Collaborate and monitor the solution is correctly implemented in the company's systems.
  • Prepare complete or partial documentation and deliverables as required.
  • Prepare and update project status reports.
  • Act as interlocutor and coordinate with the rest of the areas and teams of the company involved in the definition and implementation of the solutions.
  • Accompany in the change (business units and countries), participating in the design and execution of the communication plan and change management of each project.

Experience: 1-3 years in talent management areas.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge in talent management processes and tools
  • Knowledge in change management and communication plans
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office, specially Excel
  • Valuable knowledge of other tools, such as PowerBI.
  • Previous experience in SSFF are valued

Functional Skills:

  • Ability to work in a global environment: understand and be sensitive to local or specific needs but at the same time offer a globally aligned solution (at EMEAL level).
  • Conceptualization skills: be able to define a new proposal from scratch leveraging your knowledge of talent, identifiing needs and always aligned to the company's talent strategy.
  • Communication skills: ability to argue and present the results of their work to different interlocutors in the company.
  • Analytical skills: ability to identify key indicators to help define the solution, or to assess its level of implementation and impact.
  • Curiosity/innovation: interest in learning about new or diverse areas/solutions and seeking new approaches.
  • Quality orientation: detail oriented person and pursuit of excellence.
  • Adaptability: ability to adapt easily to change, new contexts and situations and to manage an environment of uncertainty.

Languages: Spanish and English (C1) as a must. Other languages are valued.

Location: Preferably Spain.

Temporary position, to cover maternity leave (6 months)
