¿Por qué te estamos buscando?


Tu misión será dar soporte al Director del Hub de Insights & Analytics en el desempeño de sus funciones y gestionar la relación diaria con los equipos de marca y comerciales, y los proveedores.

Tu día a día en Mahou San Miguel

  • Dar apoyo al Director del Hub de Insights & Analytics en el desempeño de sus funciones y gestionar la relación diaria con los equipos de marca y comerciales, y los proveedores.
  • Ejecutar el Plan de Investigación de Mercado y Consumidor de acuerdo a las directrices marcadas por el Director del Hub de Insights & Analytics
  • Trasladar a los institutos el briefing de investigación, y supervisar la correcta actuación de estos en todo el proceso de investigación (propuesta, cuestionario, campo, análisis), la calidad de los resultados de los estudios, y las recomendaciones de acción.
  • Realizar el reporting de la información de mercado (Nielsen), conocimiento de las variables clave que permita colaborar con el instituto en el desarrollo y ejecución del análisis y reporting, y trasladar los resultados a los equipos internos
  • Prospeccionar nuevos partners externos de cara a incrementar la eficacia y eficiencia de las investigaciones
  • Administrar y actualizar la información de los estudios realizados, y garantizar el flujo de esta para divulgar la información que en cada caso sea necesaria

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:

¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?

  • Licenciado en Investigación y Técnicas de Mercado o Licenciado en Administración y Dir. Empresas
  • Master en Investigación y Técnicas de Mercado
  • Master en Marketing
  • Nível B2.2 de inglés
  • Necesaria experiência de 5 años en puesto similar.
  • Deseable experiência en el uso de metodologías como neuromarketing, IA analítica e IA generativa aplicada a la investigación, etc, así como herramientas de BI (Tableau, Power BI..)
  • Uso de Excel, Word, power point a nível usuario.
