Join tesa in building the future of European Facility Management
As a Facility & Services Manager for tesa in Europe, you will work with multiple countries, including Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, the UK, Benelux, and Nordic countries and play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing our European Facility Management function.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and execute facility and office management policies, encompassing travel, fleet, asset, and attendance management tools and processes
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, manage, and negotiate vendor
- Ensure that our offices are properly maintained, clean, safe, and equipped through external service providers
- Ensure excellent facility and office support for colleagues across European offices. Oversee security, compliance, quality, health & safety regulations, considering sustainability
- Lead and coordinate local security, emergency
- Manage and mentor 7 office coordinators and oversee office operations in the assigned countries
- Support businesses in relocations and oversee construction projects and renovations of the offices
- Monitor attendance and cost efficiency at tesa offices according to policy

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- 35 years of experience in a multinational company in the field of Facility Management or Real Estate Management.
- Proficiency in IT tools and capabilities for service provision and problem resolution
- Experience in process optimization, concept development, and policy development
- Strong leadership, innovation, motivation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Conceptual thinker with analytical skills and ability to managing complexity
- Strong service focus with drive for problem solving & process optimization
- Readiness to travel occasionally
- Be prepared for remote working and collaboration
- Relevant IT skills, including SAP, Ariba, contract management systems, travel management portals, and ticketing systems would be an advantage
