Importante empresa con sede en Barcelona, busca perfil de Facility Manager (Hard & Soft Services), reportando directamente a Dirección de Operaciones.

En dependencia del director de operaciones, el perfil seleccionado realizará las siguientes funciones:

  • Asistir al Director de Operaciones en el desarrollo e implementación de planes y objetivos del departamento operativo, e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Apoyar en el funcionamiento diario de las operaciones del centro de trabajo.
  • Supervisar, coordinar y apoyar al equipo de mantenimiento, seguridad y limpieza.
  • Actuar como el primer punto de contacto para atender consultas y solicitudes de clientes internos.
  • Coordinar y comunicar a las partes relevantes sobre todos los trabajos en curso.
  • Organizar equipos en sitio y proveedores externos para cumplir exitosamente con trabajos menores y reparaciones.
  • Realizar seguimientos de auditorías e inspecciones operativas internas.
  • Asegurarse proactivamente de que las instalaciones y el equipo de la escuela esté en condiciones seguras y óptimas.
  • Asegurar que las instalaciones de la escuela cumplan con todos los requisitos legales y reglamentarios.
  • Asistir en la gestión diaria de los proveedores de servicios externos según sea necesario.
  • Asistir en la gestión de procesos de adquisición, buscando nuevos contratistas e iniciando negociaciones para la contratación de servicios o compra de productos; creando un resumen de opciones de costos y condiciones.
  • Apoyar al equipo en la organización de eventos y actividades.
  • Generar informes y protocolos operativos.
  • Titulación en ingeniería arquitectura u otros estudios similares.
  • Español, catalán y buen nivel de inglés.
  • Capacidades de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico para abordar desafíos de manera proactiva.
  • Conocimiento de regulaciones y estándares de calidad relevantes.
  • Competencia en MS Office y bases de datos relacionales.
  • Demostrar un nivel competente de habilidades organizativas, administrativas e interpersonales.
  • Demostrar experiencia en gestión de equipos.
  • Demostrar experiencia en tratar con administraciones públicas
  • Habilidades de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, con una actitud positiva y profesional.
  • Integridad y altos estándares éticos
  • Proyecto estable y a largo plazo.
