Estamos buscando un Operations Specialist Intern en Barcelona cuya función principal será dar soporte a la optimización de procesos como parte de nuestra transformación y ofrecer soluciones eficientes y automatizadas basadas en datos.

El candidato ideal requiere una actitud transversal y flexible combinada con una mente técnica. Indispensable que tenga formación y conocimientos en lenguajes de scripting como Javascript, Typescript o Python.
TareasEste rol dará soporte en las siguientes funciones:
Automatización de ProcesosDesarrollar, estandarizar y mejorar scripts en Google Apps Script para automatizar flujos de trabajo financieros.
Implementar y gestionar integraciones de aplicaciones utilizando Zapier/ Make/ Retool o similares.
Identificar oportunidades para mejorar y automatizar procesos existentes.
Gestión de Operaciones FinancierasSupervisar y gestionar las operaciones diarias de finanzas.
Colaborar con equipos internos para asegurar la precisión y eficiencia en los procesos financieros.
Monitorear y reportar sobre métricas clave de rendimiento financiero.
Análisis de Datos y ReportesRealizar análisis financieros detallados y proporcionar informes claros y accionables.
Utilizar herramientas analíticas para identificar tendencias y hacer recomendaciones informadas.

Participar en proyectos de Big Data, involucrándose en el procesamiento, tratamiento, extracción de datos para acabar de automatizar el proceso.

Trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datos para extraer insights y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
Colaboración y SoporteTrabajar estrechamente con equipos de Data & Product y otros departamentos para implementar soluciones de base tecnológica.
Dar soporte y capacitación a otros miembros del equipo sobre el uso de herramientas de automatización.

RequisitosEstudiante de grado en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Datos, Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones, de informática o similaresConocimiento de lenguajes de programación como Javascript, Typescript y/o Python.

Ideal familiaridad con Google App Scripts.

Se valora conocimientos de herramientas no-code y/o low-code como Zapier, Make, Airtable, Cloud AWS - Athena, SQL, python, reetool, powerBI, QuickSightSe valora experiencia en integración con APIs.

Habilidades para trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datosExcelentes habilidades comunicativasCapacidad proactiva para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y manejar múltiples tareas con eficienciaHabilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
